SHARKS TENTED HOSPITALITY OFFER (KP 8) & CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. HOSPITALITY PRICING
1.1. R 2 550 excluding VAT,
1.2. Including a stand ticket, food and drinks as set out in the document.

2. TENTED HOSPITALITY AND TICKET ACCESS INFORMATION
2.1. The Tented Hospitality Area (either a framed marquee or bedouin structure) is situated on the famous Growth Point Kings Park Outerfields (KP 8) and caterers for an informal supporters environment;
2.2. Doors open at 15h00
2.3. Game Kick-off 17h00
2.4. Duration including the game : +/- 5 Hours
2.5. Clients shall be entitled to access the Tented Hospitality Area two (2) hours prior to the start of the match and must vacate within one (1) hour of the end of the match. The Sharks reserves the right to eject Clients from the area thereafter.
2.6. Upmarket unreserved 4 and 6 seater cocktail tables, as well as with additional seating outside the Marquee;
2.7. Lounge area;
2.8. Stage set-up for Guest Entertainers;
2.9. LED Screens.

1. STAND TICKET LOCATION
1.1. Stand tickets are situated in South Stand “N” Block and easy access to your seats are obtained via ramp 3 in the south east corner of the Stadium
1.2. A seating map with the position marked in red is attached for easy reference

2. BAR SERVICES
2.1. The Bar service is ‘Local full Bar’ and guests shall order and collect their own drinks from the service points provided.
2.2. Bar Services shall be available during the operating hours contained in clause 1 above except that ‘Last Round’ will be served up until 45 minutes after the final whistle.
2.3. No glassware or beverages shall be removed from the area.

3. FOOD SERVICES
3.1. All meal orders and any special dietary requirements must be confirmed at the time of booking. No orders on the day shall be entertained.
3.2. Food stations, each offering a selection of meal types for fast self-help;
3.3. Plattered food served by food staff to tables and in lounges;
3.4. Comprehensive menu for pre-game, with Gourmet Mini Bunny Chows served post-match;
3.5. Coffee Stations.

4. ACCESS CONTROL AND ACCREDITATION
4.1. Access to the Tented Hospitality area shall not be permitted unless each guest / attendee is in possession of both a valid ticket as well as a fitted armband/accreditation as required
4.2. The Sharks reserve the right of admission.

5. BOOKINGS
Bookings can be made by emailing hospitality@thesharks.co.za

6. TERMS OF USE
6.1. No persons under the age of 18 shall be permitted in the area.
6.2. The hospitality packages purchased in terms hereof are not transferable (whether for consideration or
otherwise) and may not be resold or granted as a prize.
6.3. The Client may not sell hospitality in this area in any form whatsoever i.e. the Client may not sell on any
tickets or hospitality packages. This would constitute a breach of the stadium liquor license and shall
constitute a breach of this agreement.
6.4. The Sharks reserve the right to change any of aspect of the hospitality offering (including the area,
catering and or bar service), but such change shall be communicated to the client prior to the event.
6.5. No refunds shall be granted.
6.6. The Sharks reserve the right to cancel this event without liability should the Sharks not receive sufficient
ticket sales, or for any other reasonable cause. In this event, you shall be timeously notified, and you
shall still be given your stand ticket and shall be refunded the balance of the hospitality amount paid to
us (excluding the stand ticket price). Should a decision to cancel this event be made, you agree that you
shall not have recourse against the Sharks and or its affiliates.
6.7. Sharks will contact you to make arrangements re ticket collection arrangements.

7. BREACH
In the event of the Client being in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, and or the Hospitality
Booking Form, The Sharks shall have the right to immediately terminate this agreement, blacklist the client
from future events, and claim damages arising therefrom.

8. LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client hereby indemnifies and agrees to hold The Sharks
Management, its directors, shareholders, employees, agents, contractors and affiliates harmless against any
claim by any third party for any injury, loss or damage of whatsoever nature (including consequential losses),
suffered or sustained in or about the Stadium, the Tented hospitality AREA, the Stadium Precinct and/or the
Stadium parking facilities.

 

SHARKS CORPORATE HOSPITALITY OFFER (KP 9) & CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

HOSPITALITY PRICING

R 2 195 Per Person (excluding VAT)

Each site caters for 50 persons

One Corporate per Site

Grand total of (R 2 195 x 50 persons) = R 109 750 (excluding VAT)

Including a stand ticket, food and drinks as set out in the document.

TENTED HOSPITALITY SITE AND TICKET ACCESS INFORMATION

The Tented Hospitality Site (Bedouin structure) is situated on the famous Kings Park Outer fields (KP 9) and caterers for an informal corporate environment;

SITE DETAILS

Marquee is an upmarket Bedouin Structure

Site is Fenced with Picket Fencing and Security Fencing

Layout – Lounge area, upmarket café/cocktail tables, dedicated bar counter and buffet table with table linen.

Lighting is coloured Par-Can up lighting

One 25amp Power Point is available for client use

One Executive Portable Toilet per site, with wash-hand vanity basin

STAND TICKET LOCATION

BAR SERVICES

The complimentary Bar service is ‘Local Full Bar’ and guests shall order and collect their own drinks from the service points provided.

One Barman will be provided.

Bar Services shall be available during the operating hours contained in clause 2 above except that ‘Last Round’ will be served up until 45 minutes after the final whistle.

No glassware or beverages shall be removed from the area.

Only persons wearing the fitted armband/accreditation shall be served drinks.

FOOD SERVICES

One Waitress will be provided

All dietary orders must be confirmed in writing no later than 14 days prior to the event.

Menu : Pre-Game/ Dry Snacks on Arrival, selection of two hearty main meal types served Buffet style and a Dessert

ACCESS CONTROL AND ACCREDITATION

SECURITY

The Sharks provide one standard security guard whose responsibility it is to safeguard the structure and equipment supplied as part of this offering. [ extra Security can be ordered if required ]
